Casa Co'lel Luna
(Lady Moon House)

Casa Balam y T'ul
(Jaguar and Rabbit House)

Enjoy the best of the Mayan Riviera and the Yucatan Peninsula and come home to the restful beauty of your comfortable home with Casaplaya Rentals. Our villas are located in the quiet, gated beachfront community of Playacar. Our two neighboring villas, Casa Co'lel Luna (Lady Moon House) and Casa Balam y T'ul (Jaguar and Rabbit House) offer you the coveniences and privacy of your own home without the usual responsibilities, so you can do what you want on your vacation--that is, relax! (Click on the pictures above for information on each of our homes.)

For large groups (12-18), consider renting both villas together at a discounted rate!

Our attentive and friendly staff will do all they can do make your stay comfortable and memorable. We provide housekeeping services 3 times weekly, or more on request. Our manager is always available to help with any questions or problems that may arise. She can also provide loving childcare or cook you a gourmet Mexican meal. We also can arrange airport transportation at a reasonable cost. (Click on the Services tab on the Menu Bar for more information.)

All homes are just a couple of minutes' walk from the clean white sands and warm turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea. The nearby beaches are uncrowded and perfect for relaxing with a cool drink and a good book. There is often an opportunity for a bit of bodysurfing at the jetty next to Xaman Ha condos. Generally the sea is calm enough for small children to play in, and adults can walk out for yards in the shallow water.

It's just a hop, skip and cha-cha-cha to the friendly town of Playa del Carmen with its myriad opportunities for shopping, dining and entertainment. It is just about a five-minute walk to the dock for the ferry to Cozumel (a 30-minute ride). Below is a list of some of the nearby attractions and activities.
