Checks should be made out to Casaplaya Rentals and mailed to 503 Buena Vista Ave, Santa Cruz, CA 95062. Please print and send Reservation Form with payment.

10% discount for second and subsequent weeks of rental.

Deposits

20% deposit to secure rental. Balance and security deposit due 45 days prior to occupancy (60 days for Holiday rentals).

$400 security deposit, refundable following inspection, return of keys, and receipt of telephone bill, if applicable.

Cancellations and Refunds

Refunds (less $200 handling charge) will be given if notice is given at least 45 days prior to occupancy (60 days for holiday rentals).

Number of Guests

Casa Colel Luna: Maximum 8 persons (adults and children), unless approved for more (up to 12). Additional charge applies.

Casa Balam y T'ul: Maximum 4 persons, unless approved for more. Additional charge applies.

Pets by special arrangement only.

Check in after 4:00 PM and check out by 10:00 AM unless otherwise specified.
